Mactan-Cebu International Airport Authority in cooperation with private sponsors treated passengers with a special welcome dubbed as Luck Welcomes You with Love in Mactan-Cebu! last February 8-14, 2009 in joint celebration of Valentine’s and Lunar New Year’s week as a way of giving back to its clientele and making them feel welcome in Cebu.

A Valentine’s card signed by MCIAA General Manager/CEO, B/Gen. Danilo Augusto B. Francia (Ret.) was being given to three passengers wearing or bringing something red every arriving domestic and international flight. The lucky passenger was entitled to a bag of free items at the redemption booth at the arrival area. Chosen passengers were able to take part in an on-the-spot raffle draw were premium products and gift certificates were at stake.

The said event was being spearheaded by the MCIAA Public Affairs Office in cooperation of all concerned offices and was a success.
