Mactan - Cebu International Airport accommodated 17 diverted flights (10 domestic & 7 international) last Saturday, September 26, 2009, due to typhoon 'Ondoy'. Bad weather was experienced all over the country but Luzon area experienced the most distressing effect of such natural calamity. Cebu City experienced the same disturbance over the weekend but not as devastating as what Luzon area experienced. All means of transportation - including air transportation - were paralyzed due to the typhoon. Listed below are the diverted flights due to tropical storm Ondoy.
