October 16, 2009 was the culmination of the MCIAA Annual Fiesta Celebration for the year 2009. Prior to that, a novena mass was observed that started on October 7, 2009 at the airport's chapel at around three o'clock (3:00) in the afternoon.
In relation to the event, a bingo bonanza was being held. The said bingo bonanza was officiated by the MCIAA Employees Mutual Association (MEMA). One bingo card is equivalent to ten (10) games with the following prizes:
